I'm Megan Evans, a 31-year-old mother of two, wife, and business owner. As a busy mom, I understand the juggling act that comes with the territory. I want to empower women everywhere to embrace their strength and make wellness a part of their everyday lives.
My journey into the world of wellness began with a love for sports that's been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Whether it was cross country running or scoring goals on the soccer field, I thrived in the world of athletics.
However, over the years, I discovered the incredible benefits of strength training when combined with the right amount of cardio and FUN wellness activities.
As a Certified Coach in Women’s Fitness Instruction, I encourage my clients to listen to their bodies, move in a way that feels GOOD for them, and get healthier in the process.
Strength training in conjunction with intuitively moving my body has not only transformed me physically, but also my mind and soul. It's given me the energy and confidence I need to tackle the demands of motherhood head-on. Now, my mission is to share this transformative experience with other women.
